Physical Condition:

In good used physical condition with no major cracks to the panels or damaged mounting tabs. The sill plate borders are lightly separated from the plate, as shown, which is typical of these as they age. There are some light nicks in the plastic from regular use, as shown in the photos. You will need to reuse some of your existing clips for installation.

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair used cosmetic condition, with some light scuffs and scratches in the trim from age and regular use, as shown. The aluminum plates also have typical surface scratches, as shown. As previously stated, there are some light nicks in the plastic, mostly along the edges, from regular use, as shown. Some light signs of wear may be difficult to see in photos.
